We are thrilled to inform you that the Saikat Annual Summer Picnic has been scheduled for Sunday, June 11th, 2023 at Mission Bay. This promises to be an enjoyable day filled with scrumptious food, adda, games and other exciting activities. We have organized games suitable for all ages, so everyone can participate and have a great time.
Please note that the Saikat Annual Picnic is a free event for Saikat Annual members. However, we warmly welcome non-members to join us by purchasing an event pass. Non-members can purchase event passes and annual members can acquire guest passes from the RSVP link provided below. We cannot wait to see you all there and make this a memorable day for everyone.
We will also hold our annual GB meeting during the picnic from 2:30 pm. All Saikat members are cordially invited to join the meeting. We look forward to hearing about any suggestions that you may have.

Indulge in a mouthwatering array of appetizers, including phuchka, jhalmuri, special cha, Samosa chaat, fruit chaat, followed by a delightful desi-style lunch comprising Rice, Mix veg, Mutton kasha, and Paneer curry. And for dessert, we have Gulab jamun, Ice cream and sweet paan to satisfy your sweet tooth. Alongside the delectable food, there will be various activities to keep everyone entertained. From kite flying to a wide range of fun games, you can enjoy the serene waterfront environment of Mission Bay while creating lasting memories with your loved ones.
We have planned a diverse selection of games for both kids and adults, reminiscent of the picnics of our childhood. Experience the joy and excitement as we bring back the essence of a Bengali picnic day out. Just like last year, we will have a thrilling Kite Flying session throughout the day, allowing you to soar high in the cool breeze of Mission Bay. Saikat EC will provide all the necessary items for the event. We kindly request your gracious presence and active participation. Encourage the young members of your family to join in on the fun!
We greatly appreciate your assistance in organizing this picnic. We are in need of volunteers for various tasks, including food preparation, food distribution, organizing picnic games, logistics, decoration, photography, and more.
