Saikat co-organized “Boisakhi Mela 2022” with the sister organization GSBA (Greater San Diego Bangladesh Association) on Saturday, May 14, 2022. The outdoor event was held at San Dieguito Park in the format of a summer fair (‘Mela’) with multiple vendors catered to a wide selection of culinary choices as well as traditional Bengali apparel and accessories. Members of both of our community performed several cultural programs throughout the day.
